HUMANS MADE THIS came from a growing frustration. I’d watched customer experience slowly turn into templates, automation, and decisions made without people in mind. Growing up between Britain and the Balearic Islands taught me that experience is cultural, emotional, and human, not something you can fully generate or optimise away. As AI began to flood creative and strategic work, that belief hardened. HUMANS MADE THIS exists to push back: to protect human judgment, taste, and craft, and to help businesses build experiences that feel real in a world increasingly made by machines.
